We do not offer refunds on any of our products. We only offer exchange option.
Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes issues may arise. Therefore, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Exchange
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- Time Frame
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Process for Exchange

- Once your exchange request is approved, send the item back to us at 78 Forest Drive, Pineslopes, Fourways, JHB, 2191.
- Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Damaged or Defective Items
- If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with details and a photo of the defect. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
- Custom Orders
- Custom-designed or personalized items are not eligible for exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
